    For over a decade, I have worked in Greater Vancouver, the Downtown Eastside, and within Vancouver’s LGBTQ2S communities, developing a deep appreciation for the diverse paths to healing.

    My journey began with a focus on mental health and substance use, and over time, my passion led me to specialize in trauma recovery and EMDR therapy.

    My Qualifications & Approach:

    • Certified Canadian Clinical Counsellor

    • Certified EMDR Therapist with additional training in Attachment-Focused EMDR

    • Recognized training in Parts Work, Trauma-Focused CBT, CPT, DBT, and Existential Therapy

    • Instructor at Justice Institute of BC (JIBC) in Substance Use & Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)

    • A deep commitment to de-stigmatizing mental health & substance use
